So[phis]tiX is presently able to accept orders online and through fax. Please read the following for more details.
Ordering online through Sophistix.net is safe and secure! We have provided step-by-step instructions below for placing a new order:
1. Browse to the page with the item you would like to purchase
2. Select the Size you would like from the drop-down menu on this page and click on 'Add To Cart' -- a window will appear asking you, "Add this product to your shopping cart?" - Click 'OK' on this window. If you would like to add other items to your cart, browse to the pages with the other items you would like and repeat this process. Go on to step 3 after you have added all of the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.
3. On the right hand side, there will be a re-cap of the items in your shopping cart, click on the 'View Cart' button
4. If you have a coupon code, remember to enter your code 'XXXXXX' in the empty box next to the text 'Coupon' and click on 'Apply'
5. Next, to make payment, click on 'Check Out'
6. You will come to a screen where you will either be asked to Log-in or to create a new account. If you do not have an account yet, please proceed to click on 'Open Account and Check Out (Customer)' (on the left hand side).
7. Fill in the requested details and then scroll down and click on 'Register'
8. On the next screen, there is a drop-down menu next to the text, 'Please select your preferred payment Gateway'
International Customers, to pay by a credit or debit cart, select the option, Paypal/Credit/Debit Card,
9. Check that the details you have given in your order are correct then click 'Continue' at the bottom of the page.
10. Next you will be directed to the Paypal website for payment.
11. If you have a Paypal account, log-in with your paypal email and password and proceed to review your payment. Check that the details are all correct, and click on 'Pay Now'.
12. If you would like to pay by a credit or debit card and do not have a paypal account, on the left hand side under the heading 'Don't have a paypal account', click on 'Continue'. Fill out the credit card information requested and then click on 'Review Order & Continue'. On the next screen, double check the details are correct and submit your order!
Additionally, Singapore customers may choose to make payment via Funds Transfer to our UOB or DBS accounts in Singapore. At this time, the Funds Transfer payment option is only available to customers located in Singapore.

At this time online order status is only available for customers placing orders online. Please note that to check your order status you must follow these steps,
1. Log in to your account by clicking on 'My Account' and entering your details
2. Click on 'My Orders'
3. Find the order number of your most recent order and click 'View Details'
To modify or cancel your order, you may email us firstname.lastname@example.org. However please note that we will only be able to modify or cancel the order if it has not had been shipped. Once orders are shipped we are unable to make any changes.
Once we receive your order and payment, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 - 5 working days. In case you have purchased a back-ordered item, order will ship within 7 to 14 working days.
