1. What are shipping options/costs within Singapore?|
Available shipping options for Singapore orders are Normal Mail or Registered Mail. All orders are shipped by Singapore Post (external website). Shipping costs are dependent on parcel weight. Purchases above SG$50 qualify for free registered mail shipping! Please note we are unable to provide tracking / guarantee on normal mail parcels as SingPost is unable to track them for us. 2. Do you ship worldwide?
We do ship worldwide! Orders are generally shipped by Singapore Post (external website) or sometimes our Courier Service, if requested. Shipping costs are dependent on parcel weight and destination. Shipping options available are Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
3. Do you allow self collection / fitting / viewing of collection?

4. Do you allow exchanges if my items don't fit?
We do allow exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Just fill out the included return form & send the item back to us! We will process your request ASAP and send you a replacement. 5. Where are So[phis]tiX products made?
Our collection is entirely originally designed and manufactured in Indonesia. We ship all products purchased on this website from our marketing office located in Singapore.
6. What is your sizing like?
Our sizes range from XS to 3X for tops and dresses, and 0 to 16 for bottoms. Sizing runs slightly smaller to US sizing, and more similar to UK sizing. To ensure maximum fit, we provide individual product measurements on each product page ("Flat Measurements" link). If you are unsure on Sizing, please click here to send us an inquiry.
7. I have a So[phis]tiX coupon and/or gift voucher! How do I use it?
After you've shopped around on the site, click on "View Cart" on the right side of the screen. On the next page you will be able to enter your coupon/gift voucher code in the empty box next to where it says "Coupon:". Then, simply click "Apply" and continue on to complete your order! For full instructions on placing an order, please click here. (Please note we are not able to provide cash in place of gift vouchers/store credit once it has been given).
